OWNERSHIP
TM-Econ Mitigation Bank is a d/b/a owned by Holland
Properties, Inc. (HPI) The principal of HPI is Steve Holland whose extended family has owned and managed the
TM Ranch on which the Bank is located since 1950. While the Bank is now closed to agricultural and cattle ranching activities
the Holland's continue to homestead and operate a cattle ranch on the adjacent 1,800 acres west of the Bank.
In
2002 Phase 4 of the Bank was sold to Orange County for use in mitigating County projects with the SJRWMD. At the present time
no public sale of credits from Phase 4 is permitted.
MANAGEMENT AND MARKETING
The Bank was permitted by and is managed and marketed by James L. Clark, SCV, CIC whose highly
specialized consulting firm has been in the real estate and management industry in Central Florida for over 40 years.
Clark,who acts as Exclusive Agent for Holland Properties, Inc., is a member of the Florida Association of Environmental
Professionals and holds designations of Senior Certified Valuer and Certified International Real Estate Consultant from the
International Real Estate Institute.
BANK SERVICE AREA
The
Mitigation Bank Service area covers twelve drainage basins, eight of which are in the SJRWMD District and four in the SFWMD
District. As a mitigation bank permitted by both a State and Federal agency TM-Econ is fully qualified to provide full
service mitigation for freshwater wetland impacts for development projects throughout our twelve basin Service Area. If you
have any question regarding the exact location of an impact site simply email the address or parcel identification number
and we can look up the specifics of which drainage basin and the jurisdictional district in which the impact occurs utilizing our
proprietiary program overlay.
Out of basin impacts can be addressed within our Service Area and we can provide
a Cumulative Impact Analysis where the situation requires.
