5 to 9 Credits                                       $ 68,900 per credit

10 and Over                                         $ 67,900 per credit

Fractional Credits(min. .1 credit)           .1 through .8  $ 8,000 per tenth.

Note: the above prices presume that all mitigation credits required for a project are purchased at TM-Econ. If credits for any portion of required mitigation are purchased from a third party add $20,000 per credit to the above prices.
